Information We Receive From Advertising and Business Platforms
We manage advertising, business listings and websites for our clients. To do that, our internal software connects to Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile and WordPress, using the access each client grants us. On Meta, this software is our “Eli” app.
What we receive
- Ad account, campaign, ad set and ad details, such as ad text, images, settings, budgets and status
- Performance data, such as impressions, clicks, spend and conversions
- Facebook Page and Instagram account details connected to an ad, such as the Page name, the Page ID and the Instagram username
- Website analytics and search performance for our clients’ websites
- Business Profile details, such as address, hours, phone numbers, reviews and posts
- Lead and inquiry records from the systems our clients connect, such as a prospect’s name and contact details, where a client asks us to track their leads
How we use it
We use this information only to manage, review and report on our clients’ marketing, as each client has asked us to. We do not sell it. We do not use it for our own advertising. We share it only with the client it belongs to and with the service providers that host and back up our software.
How long we keep it
- While we manage a client’s accounts, we keep this information for as long as that work needs it.
- Within 90 days after we stop working with a client, we delete that client’s platform information from our systems.
- We keep billing records, such as the ad spend amounts on our invoices, for 7 years for accounting and tax purposes.
- Deleted information can remain in our private database backups until those backups expire. We keep daily backups for 7 days, weekly backups for 4 weeks, monthly backups for 4 months and yearly backups for up to 7 years. If we ever restore a backup, we delete that information again.
How to Request Deletion
To ask us to delete information we received from Meta, Google or another platform about you or your business, email [email protected]. Tell us the business name and the accounts involved. We will delete it and confirm by email within 30 days.
If you use Facebook, you can also remove our app’s access at any time in your Facebook settings, under Business Integrations.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to opt out of certain communications. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
